I have completely FALLEN off the workout wagon. I haven’t worked out in OVER two weeks. YIKES! The Holiday season is really hard! Sweet things are everywhere! There’s no avoiding it during the holidays, especially when family gatherings tend to center around food. I feel like I’ve just been trying to keep my head above water by not purging after I binge on all of the sweets! But I also feel like that’s just an excuse because I’ve been saying that for a while now. I am stronger than setting my goals low like that! I have not been fighting hard enough for a healthy lifestyle. I love Blogilates because she is real about that stuff. Look Casey Ho up! She an awesome and genuine fitness expert. She recently posted a blog entry about she has personally been struggling during the holidays with eating right and exercising. It’s great encouragement to know that even the most amazing fitness gurus struggle too! She’s such a great motivator. Her upbeat workouts are just what I need to get back in the swing of things. This is what I’m doing today! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Abs.
