Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 2c. coffee, pb toast

Lunch: Turkey sandwich (tomato, mozzarella, mustard, lettuce, tomato). Carrots.

Protein after workout

Dinner: Southwest chicken, broccoli, big salad with buffalo dressing. Some dark chocolate. 

Workout: treadmills sprints, burpies (15), pushups (20), plank (60 seconds): 2 rounds

Not much time to post today. Those treadmill sprints are ROUGH. I walked the rest periods instead of trying to run them. I shouldn’t have had the chocolate. WHYYYYY. Ugh. Oh well. Not a bad day overall, but not great for reaching my goals. Gotta keep pushing. Only two weeks left!
