I can’t even tell you the shambles I’m in these past few days. Again… with 13 days to go, I’ll have to do a quick run down and that’s all I have time for.
Breakfast: PB and Banana on wheat thins
Lunch: Two Hard boiled eggs, apple
Protein shake: with PB and banana and milk
Dinner: 100 cal Greek Yogurt, Zone Protein Bar, PB&J
ARM DAY TODAY. KILLED IT. Except rowing. I still don’t know what the freak I’m doing.
