FAILURE

I don’t want to even talk about how this day went.

Breakfast: PB, banana, sandwich thin

Lunch: 2 pieces cheese pizza

Snack: greek yogurt dill dip and carrots

Chai Latte (sugar Free, nonfat milk)

Dinner: Chicken, mozzarella cheese, mustard — lettuce wraps

BINGE. string cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, Cookout fries, Cookout milkshake, Snickers chocolate bar

NO workout.

I am so upset at myself. 

That’s all.
